Ace81 Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the ace81 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the ace81 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ace81 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. ace81 reserves the right to update these terms at any time and will notify users via in-platform notifications or registered email.
The ace81 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the minimum age required under applicable laws in Malaysia.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the ace81 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, including any balances held within them.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. ace81 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance purposes. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary restriction of access to your account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. ace81 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
3. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities
As an ace81 platform user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or in any communication with ace81.
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation.
- Launching any cyberattacks, hacking attempts, or actions that could compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the platform's systems.
- Using the platform for any money laundering activities or the financing of illegal activities.
- Transferring or distributing platform content to third parties without authorisation.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and legal action where applicable.
4. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ace81 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via approved methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, online banking via FPX, and local bank transfers. ace81 does not currently accept cryptocurrency payments.
Deposits are typically credited to your account within a few minutes of a successful transaction. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution involved. ace81 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties or financial institutions.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered under the same name as your ace81 account. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policies. All withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 to 3 business days upon completion of identity verification.
Ace81 reserves the right to withhold or cancel withdrawals where there are indications of fraud, bonus term violations, or any unresolved compliance issues.
5. Account Suspension, Closure and Limitation of Liability
Ace81 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. In cases where an account is closed due to proven fraud, the account balance may be forfeited without any compensation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the ace81 support team via email at [email protected]. Any valid remaining balance will be returned once all reviews are complete and there are no outstanding bets.
Ace81 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. ace81's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, and software used on the ace81 platform are the intellectual property of ace81 or its licensed owners. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, sell, or modify any content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The ace81 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. ace81 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites.
6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Ace81 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify any part of these terms at any time in response to operational requirements or applicable legal changes. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or registered email at least seven days before the changes take effect, except in circumstances that require immediate action.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the ace81 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the rest of the terms, which will continue to remain in full force and effect.
